Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. You will clean community spaces, floors, and resident areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in senior living or other hospitality industry preferred
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Experience with commercial floor cleaning equipment
• Familiar with cleaning products and techniques
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to go above and beyond for residents
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to interpret written instructions and communicate with residents, families, and team members

Responsibilities

• Clean community common areas according to the assigned schedule (hallways, elevators, lobby, living room, dining rooms, activity areas, wellness center, and other sitting areas)
• Daily floor cleaning in the community (carpets/tile/vinyl)
• Clean spills and soiled areas of carpets and furniture promptly
• Assist with resident emergencies and basic maintenance requests
