Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior housekeeping experience preferred, and a compassionate attitude toward the elderly. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: general cleaning duties for common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Services: washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling properly and keep waste areas clean.
• Inventory Management: restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow safety protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to maintain a well-kept facility and comfort for residents.
• Resident Engagement: interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
