Job summary

Bainbridge Senior Living is seeking a full-time or part-time Housekeeper at Wyatt House Retirement Center on Bainbridge Island, WA. You will keep residents’ rooms, living areas, and all building restrooms tidy and sanitary, reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor and collaborating with the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior housekeeping or custodial experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication.

• Experience in housekeeping or custodial work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas according to established procedures.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
