Cogir USA is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors in our senior living communities. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks across resident rooms, common areas, and offices, ensuring high sanitation standards and courteous resident interactions.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, disinfecting bathrooms, laundering linens, following schedules, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs changes to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
