Stonecroft Independent Living in Flat Rock, NC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents. You will perform general cleaning in common areas and resident rooms, assist with laundry, and support daily facility operations.

The role emphasizes care for the elderly, teamwork with staff, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Services: Wash, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling; keep waste areas clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: Restock cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages or issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean, hygienic facility.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained and residents comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
