Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sorts, counts, folds, and carries linens; makes beds.
• Cleans lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans rugs, drapes, and upholstery; dusts furniture.
• Washes walls, windows, and sills; empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash to disposal area; replenishes supplies.
• Interacts courteously with residents, managers, and staff.
