Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents and public areas across the VMRC campus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with working every 3rd Saturday.

The role focuses on general cleaning, floor care, refurbishment, and selective renovations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with strong communication and a positive attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality and demeanor; ability to work with residents.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments with limited supervision.
• Self-motivated with good time management and adaptability.
• Ability to operate all power equipment safely.
• Uniform required; DMV driving record may be needed for VMRC vehicle use.
