Integral Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents across our California communities. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow schedules, and ensure laundry and common areas remain tidy and sanitary.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, enjoy working with seniors, and can read safety instructions; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents in the primary language.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops all floors and stairways; spot cleans and vacuums floors, rugs, carpets and runners.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Scrubs bath and shower room tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
• Collects trash and refuses from work areas and places in designated pick-up areas.
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry.
• Responsible for maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Ensures cleaning chemicals are kept stored and locked when not in use.
• Reports any needed repairs and supply and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
