Brookdale Senior Living in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Associate to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents and visitors. You will clean common areas and resident apartments, interact with residents, and support a high standard of hospitality across the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning of housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators to present the community positively.
• Cleans residents’ apartments weekly or as needed; interacts with residents and guests in a friendly manner.
• Handles cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, carpet cleaning, and waste removal while following safety procedures.
• Logs cleaning activities as required and reports concerns to management.
• Assists with disaster management and responds to resident emergencies per protocol.
