Responsibilities include laundry duties, waste management, and ensuring a welcoming, tidy community for residents and guests. Prior experience and clear English communication are valued for best performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels or similar setting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently; good English communication.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and bathrooms (dusting, vacuuming, bed making, spot-cleaning carpets).
• Collect, wash, fold and return resident laundry items timely.
• Dispose of trash and replace liners; manage waste.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and guests.
• Clean administrative offices, hallways, and common areas; dust and vacuum.
• Sanitize common area bathrooms; restock supplies.
• Empty trash regularly and maintain tidy community.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in all interactions.
