Belmont Village Buckhead is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to perform multi-functional cleaning across resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. This full-time, 1st shift role emphasizes hospitality, empathy for seniors, and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels or comparable settings.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work independently and efficiently.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.
• Employment offers are conditional on background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments and bathrooms including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and spot-cleaning carpets.
• Collect, wash, fold and return resident laundry items timely.
• Pick up and dispose of resident trash, replace liners.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of administrative offices, hallways, and common spaces including dusting and vacuuming.
• Sanitize common area bathrooms, restock supplies and ensure tidy appearance.
• Regularly empty trash throughout the community.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
