Job summary

Fields Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeping staff member to maintain clean and safe living areas for residents. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, laundry, and ensuring high touch surfaces are sanitized.

Candidates must be drug-free, able to pass background checks, hold CPR/First Aid, and communicate clearly in English. This on-site role requires reliability and respectful interaction with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to urine drug screening on hire and routinely.
• Criminal background check, health screening including TB test required.
• Must be eighteen (18) years old.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Maintain integrity of Fields Senior Living.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas as per daily schedule, sanitize high touch areas.
• Keep chemicals secured, labeled and SDS binder accessible on cart.
• Make resident beds with fresh linens per weekly schedule.
• Clean assigned apartments per weekly cleaning schedule.
• Clean office areas per weekly cleaning schedule.
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Keep environment safe and clean for residents.
• Wash laundry as directed; towels cleaned for cart use.
• All other duties as assigned.
