Monarch Communities seeks a Health and Wellness Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the health and wellness department, participate in planning and evaluating resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN licensure, 4+ years of supervisory experience in senior living, and strong computer skills. It includes 24/7 on-call duties and occasional weekend coverage, reporting to the Executive Director.

Competenze

• RN license (registered nurse) is required; in some states LPN may be accepted where allowed.
• 4+ years in a supervisory role in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new apps.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Health and Wellness department.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans meet physician orders and regulations.
• Monitor care plan progress through notes and communication with residents and staff.
• Evaluate staff competencies and provide supervision and training.
• Ensure infection control, QAPI, and regulatory compliance.
