Clearwater Beaverton, a premier luxury senior living community, is seeking a Health Services Director (RN or LPN) in Beaverton, OR. You will lead nursing services, coordinate resident care, and work with hospital staff, physicians, and families to ensure high-quality, compliant care for residents.

Formación

• Minimum five to seven years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industry.
• Completion of required specialized Nursing coursework for certification or certification as an RN, LPN or LVN.
• Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience to include training and supervising staff and developing and managing a budget.
• First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification required
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements, including TB

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resident assessments and care plans for move-in and ongoing care.
• Perform re-assessments, monitor health status, and communicate changes to families and Executive Director.
• Ensure coordination of nursing services with other resident services and departments.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise department staff within budget.
• Coordinate prescriptions with doctors and pharmacies; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support community marketing efforts and act as a liaison with families and health providers.
• Manage department operations within budget and maintain accurate resident records.
