Job summary

Health Dimensions Group (HDG) is seeking a dynamic Director of Health Services (DON) for Walker Methodist-Care Suites of Edina, MN. The DON will provide overall leadership of nursing services, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance and strong collaboration with administration.

Requirements include active Minnesota RN license, BLS certification, and 3–5 years in a leadership role within assisted living or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Three to five years’ experience in leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Health Services Department to deliver high quality resident care.
• Develop and implement service plans in collaboration with management and nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with state regulations and Walker Methodist policies.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting and billing related to health services.
• Collaborate with marketing and housing to ensure program alignment and quality outcomes.
