Navion of Cotswold is seeking a high-performing Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director to lead all sales and marketing activity, drive occupancy, and close on prospective residents. You will engage referral sources, plan events, and partner with the ED/RSDM to meet census goals.

The role includes managing budgets, building community relations, hosting tours, and developing a strong network of referrals, while ensuring alignment with Navion Senior Solutions’ offerings and competitive

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales executive experience with targets.
• Ability to drive the sales process from inquiry to close.
• Ability to articulate Navion Senior Solutions offerings.
• Ability to position Navion against competitors.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy success.
• Monitor outcomes and effectiveness of marketing and sales programs.
• Plan and implement marketing activities and events.
• Meet monthly sales activity standards including follow up calls and lead mailings.
• Host and attend community events and develop community relations.
• Research local competition and pricing.
• Prepare reports and maintain Move-In records and resident data.
