Job summary

The Quarters at Des Peres is seeking a proactive Business Development Liaison to drive admissions, market the center, and build strong referral networks. The role requires engaging with families, referral sources, physicians, and the community to promote post-acute care services.

You will conduct tours, manage referrals, and ensure smooth transitions from acute to post-acute care while maintaining high resident satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare management, or related field.
• Effective communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to maximize center census and streamline admissions 24/7.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for long- and short-term goals.
• Promote the center with referral sources, community, physicians and media; build collaborations.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive referrals and track activity daily.
• Coordinate admissions, arrangements, and confirmations between settings.
