Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Specialist to care for 29 acres of a senior living property. You will perform mowing, edging, shrub and tree trimming, and irrigation maintenance, often working independently with occasional vendor support.

Requirements include prior groundskeeping and irrigation experience, plus a valid drivers license and a strong safety mindset. This role may involve after-hours emergencies as needed.

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record.
• Must have prior experience in groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintains 29 acres of senior living property including mowing, edging, shrub and tree trimming, and irrigation maintenance.
• Performs most tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor.
• Responds to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours.
• Adheres to safety procedures and infection control measures where applicable.
