Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, a premier senior living community, is seeking a care provider for full-time mornings, evenings, and overnights. The role features 75 hour shifts with an hourly pay range of $18.25–$19.25, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and teammates.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB tests).
• Vaccination may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per their care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, walking, continence).
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.

• Respond to resident's needs promptly while maintaining resident's self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
