Job summary

Ozark Care & Rehab is seeking a Floor Maintenance Tech to maintain floors, carpets, and furniture across our facilities. The role supports a caring senior environment and requires basic computer use, clear communication, and physical endurance for a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general equivalency is preferred.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally with different staff levels, patient families and outside customers.

• Employee may frequently stand and walk for long periods; may lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use a computer or phone for extended periods.
