Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Mechanicsville, Virginia, seeks a Resident Experience Ambassador to coordinate and supervise activities for residents with memory care needs. You will document attendance in Lifeloop, support the Resident Experience team with new ideas, and encourage participation. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience organizing activities or events preferred.
• 1–2 years of work with seniors preferred.
• Able to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Able to utilize technology including Resident Experience software platforms and Lifeloop.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and other activities.
• Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to add new ideas and invite suggestions.
• Create and adjust the Resident Experience plan for each resident.
• Ensure each resident has a copy of the monthly activity calendar.
• Invite and encourage participation from residents, as comfortable.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities.
• Use Lifeloop to document attendance and 1:1 interactions.
• Identify and report concerns affecting participation to the Director.
• Maintain a customer-focused, respectful, and integrity-driven approach.
• May drive the company van or vehicle as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
