Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions in the Raleigh/Durham market is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community. You will oversee operations, financials, and regulatory compliance while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires an Assisted Living Administrator Certification and prior Executive Director or Administrator experience, with strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Assisted Living Administrator Certification required.
• ED or Administrator experience in a senior living setting.
• Direct supervision of a 10+ person team.
• Experience managing annual operating expenses of $1M+.
• Sales or business development experience preferred for community growth.
• Experience with state surveyors or regulators preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, including care delivery, food service and facilities management, to meet Navion's standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise a top-performing team.
• Manage financials and ensure regulatory compliance across communities.
• Oversee Sales and Marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain positive engagement with residents, families, and staff.
