The role focuses on resident well-being, financial performance, team development, and regulatory compliance; requires 2-3+ years leadership in senior housing, degree preferred, strong EI.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' leadership/supervisory experience in senior housing or assisted living.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and P&L / budget ownership
• High emotional intelligence and genuine passion for service
• A confident, hands-on leader who builds strong teams and drives results
• Meets state regulatory requirements for licensed Assisted Living leadership
• Post-secondary education required; degree preferred
• Warm, outgoing and compassionate communication style

Responsibilities

• Owning the overall well-being, care and satisfaction of residents across the community
• Coordinating care and services alongside nursing and care leads
• Building, developing and retaining a high-performing team
• Driving the community's financial performance, including NOI and budget accountability
• Leading local marketing and outreach to support occupancy and staff recruitment
• Acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory and licensing matters
• Modelling company values and maintaining a strong, positive presence in the community
