Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience with operational oversight, financial management and team leadership.
• Executive Director or senior living/healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• State Administrator License/Certification required; Maryland option for licensing support mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional service and financial performance.
• Represent the community externally and drive collaboration internally.
