Responsibilities

Perform daily quality assurance inspections in health center, apartments, guest rooms and common areas to ensure standards.
Inspect guest rooms regularly and communicate improvements to the director.
Check all new moves in apartments for cleaning quality and coordinate room transfers in health care areas.
Coordinate and assist with spring cleaning projects and department scheduling.
Ensure training on equipment, chemicals, and community policies is completed annually and documented.
Monitor supplies and equipment; conduct monthly inventories and order items within budget.
