Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy, Gerontology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a senior living community or healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing enrichment programs for seniors.
• Experience coordinating events and activities that promote engagement and social interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a variety of life enrichment programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to assess interests and needs, ensuring programs are inclusive and accessible.
• Coordinate with external organizations and volunteers to enhance offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of program participation and resident feedback.
• Facilitate communication and promote awareness of upcoming events through newsletters and calendars.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment for all participants.
• Assist in the training and supervision of staff and volunteers involved in program delivery.
• Participate in community meetings and contribute to strategic planning for resident life enrichment initiatives.
