Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher at Traditions of Dedham to support our dining services team. The role emphasizes dishwashing, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting with events and banquets in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or associates.
• Able to build positive and strong relationships with associates, coworkers and residents.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist with food orders and storage, and with food preparation as needed.
• Assist chefs and servers as assigned, including during events and banquets.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, floors, and dining room equipment.
