Job summary

LCB Senior Living’s Residence at Great Woods in Norton, MA is hiring dishwashers for full- and part-time roles. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist kitchen staff, and help maintain a clean dining area during weekend shifts.

We offer a wage band of $16.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits starting from day one, and opportunities for growth. Weekend availability and a team-oriented environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or associates.
• Able to build positive relationships with coworkers and residents.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Assist with food orders, event setup, and banquets as needed.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
