Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to support our dining services in Bellevue, WA. You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and ensure all dishes and kitchenware are cleaned to high sanitation standards, while adhering to food safety regulations.

You will also help with general kitchen cleaning, logs for temperature and sanitation, and assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing and kitchen sanitation basics.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations a plus.
• Ability to operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
