Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a part-time dishwasher at The Residence at Selleck's Woods. Shifts include 12p-8p and 4p-8p, with a wage band of $17.25-$19.75 per hour depending on experience.

The role supports a restaurant-style dining atmosphere for residents and requires maintaining a clean, safe dining area. Responsibilities include washing and storing dishes, supporting kitchen operations, and assisting with events or special meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Keep floors clean and manage trash as directed.
• Assist with food orders, storage, and coordination with chefs and servers.
• Assist with preparation and execution of events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and quality/safety standards.
• Assist with menu planning feedback based on resident preferences.
