The Atrium at Navesink Harbor in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team. This Springpoint Senior Living Community provides hospitality services to residents and guests and emphasizes friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals promptly, maintaining sanitation, knowledge of menu and allergens, working with kitchen staff, handling tickets and cash, and participating in events.

Qualifications

• Prior Waiter/Waitress experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver items promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens.
• Communicate with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders.
• Handle tickets and cash following procedures.
• Maintain a clean dining environment and confidentiality.
• Address guest complaints and report to supervisor.
• Assist with special events and collaborate with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
