Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Cranford, NJ is seeking a Server/Waitstaff to join our care-centered dining team. You will set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and deliver courteous service in a warm residential setting.

No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; benefits include paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement, with opportunities to grow within a supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
