Juniper Springs Senior Living - Redmond is seeking a Dining Assistant/Server to support elders and guests by taking meal orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate service, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.

You will collaborate with dietary staff to ensure meals meet dietary standards and dietary needs. A friendly, English-speaking team member who can pass a background check is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to elders and guests.
• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve elders and guests, take meal orders, and clean tables after meals.
• Prepare and serve meals for the dietary department in a safe, appetizing way per standards.
• Clean the kitchen, wash dishes, and return food to proper storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to infection control, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure snacks are available for elders with special dietary needs.
