Job summary

Osprey Village is seeking a Server to provide tableside food and beverage service to residents, families and guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor. The role includes maintaining dining room cleanliness, service stations, and related areas while supporting the team during meals.

The position requires 1-2 years of similar experience and fluency in English, with an emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position desired.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and buses tables with warmth and professionalism.
• Sets up and breaks down dining room tables and wait stations.
• Participates in training of new Team Members.
• Assists with dining service for special events and guests.
• Clears tables and maintains a clean dining area.
• Cleans equipment, furniture, floors and storage areas.
• Maintains a safe, clean and uncluttered environment.
• Stores and retrieves residents’ assistive devices as needed.
• Attends required in-service training and education programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
