BEO Senior Living is seeking a Server to perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the dining area.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and timely delivery of meals to residents and guests, with attention to safety, hygiene, and professional appearance. This on-site position requires standing for long periods and strong communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display teamwork.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
