Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking friendly Dining Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will take and deliver orders, set up dining areas, and assist the kitchen while ensuring dietary needs are respected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests for residents’ health needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and food prep areas per health guidelines.
• Engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking and organizing supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve service quality.
