Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a friendly Dining Server to deliver timely, professional meals and create a warm dining experience for residents and guests. You will take and deliver orders, assist with menu selections, bus and reset tables, maintain a clean dining space, and participate in pre-meal meetings and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables per community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• You help cultivate a hospitable environment by building positive connections and delivering excellent service every shift
