Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a friendly Dining Server to provide timely, professional meal service in a warm, resident-focused dining room. You will take and deliver orders, assist with menu choices, bus and reset tables, and ensure a clean, inviting dining area.

You will use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry, follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, attend pre-meal meetings, and perform opening/closing duties as assigned. This role offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous server/waitstaff experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables per community standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro.
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
