Cogir Senior Living in Molalla, Oregon, is seeking a friendly server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our residents during meals and events. You will ensure dietary needs are met, create a welcoming dining environment, and build meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card preferred.
• 6–12 months in serving/hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before service.
• Clear and reset tables after meals, keeping dining areas clean.
• Relay resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and local health regulations.
