The role involves taking and delivering orders, assisting with menu selections, bussing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area. Training includes Sunrise systems usage and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in dining service preferred.
• Ability to take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables per community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
