Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a friendly dining server to provide timely, professional meal service in a warm, welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will take and deliver orders, assist with menu choices, and keep the dining room clean and organized.

You’ll work as part of a team in our senior living community, with opportunities for growth and a supportive benefits package including medical, dental, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining service preferred.
• Ability to take orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables per community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
