Job summary

The Current South Shore in Weymouth, MA is seeking Dining Servers to provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant dining experience for Residents and guests. You will take meal orders, serve meals, and assist with special dining requests while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain organization.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition
• Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions
• Ensure dining room is set up and supplies are readily available
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas and service stations
• Assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, desserts, and condiments
• Ensure all residents are accounted for during meals and document attendance
• Assist with special events and in-service trainings
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and community policies
