Job summary

The Palms at Plantation is a premier senior living retirement community in Florida seeking a friendly dining server to join our team. You will maintain table settings, serve residents with care, and help reset tables for the next meal, while upholding our quality service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work as part of a cheerful, resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper table settings and service etiquette.
• Serve residents promptly and courteously, clearing as needed.
• Clean and reset tables, sweep and mop floors.
• Prepare for and assist with special functions.
• Maintain positive relations with residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
