Encore at Parkside is seeking a full-time server to interact with residents and guests in Independent Living. You will provide friendly and efficient service, greet diners, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information. High school diploma preferred; strong communication and guest service skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Wait on assigned tables and take orders in the dining room.
• Set up and bus tables; maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Ensure sanitation and food handling protocols are followed.
• Greet residents and guests warmly.
• Explain menu items and daily specials to diners.
• Complete shift duties before the end of each shift.
• Prepare dining room for next day or special events.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Attend in-service training as required.
• Report hazardous conditions or safety issues.
