Parc Communities LLC in Duluth, GA is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to provide table service to residents and visitors. You will take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a safe, exceptional dining experience under the Dining Manager's supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Excellent people skills with a patient, compassionate and friendly attitude
• Knowledge of OSHA-MSDS sheets and procedures
• Knowledge of state food handling and kitchen regulations.
• Knowledge of fire, safety, and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors as they are seated at the table and use proper greeting and surname.
• Distribute menus and present daily specials in a warm, enthusiastic manner.
• Answer questions about the menu and assist guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining room and service area.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and returned if not matched to order.
• Prepare dining room and service areas before each meal.
• Collect plates and clear tables as residents finish meals.
• Clean and reset dining room after meals and organize service areas.
• Store food properly for infection control and record meal counts.
• Operate equipment and report safety concerns to management.
