Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park at San Lauren in California is seeking a Server / Dishwasher for a part-time role. The position involves serving residents and guests in a courteous manner with duties in dining and kitchen areas, including accurate order entry into the POS system.

Pay range is $16.90–$17.50 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, vacation, and complimentary meals. We welcome applicants 16+ with a work permit; training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
