Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old with a work permit, or over eighteen (18) years old.
• Ability to relate to seniors in a courteous, understanding and cooperative manner.
• Capable of standing and maneuvering for an extended shift.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow sanitation rules.

Responsibilities

• Follow dining room practices to provide high quality service during meals and events.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments and ensure accurate ticket posting.
• Create a customer-centered service culture with residents, families and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and follow company policies.
• Assist with fire safety procedures and participate in training programs.
