Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Server to provide friendly, high-quality service in our senior living communities across Tennessee. You will work closely with dining staff to deliver meals promptly while maintaining clean and sanitary service areas.

Responsibilities include serving meals professionally, following safety practices, handling resident concerns with tact, and supporting team members to ensure memorable experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, pleasing residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Ensure high quality food is served promptly.
