Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a friendly Server to support dining services in our senior living communities. You will serve meals with care, follow sanitation practices and assist residents and guests with a positive, courteous attitude.

Experience is preferred but not required. The role requires standing, clear communication, and teamwork, with occasional travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner and help residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
