Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Armbrook Village in Westfield, MA, is seeking a friendly Dining Associate to deliver a gourmet dining experience for our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders from a selective menu, and ensure tables are set and cleared for the next meal, in a safe, home-like environment.

The role offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–2:30 PM) with some evenings, starting pay of $15.25–$15.75 per hour depending on experience, plus a benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes; occasionally moving dining tables and furniture.
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist with daily living activities and we expect associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests during meal times.
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu.
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times.
